The Ten of Wands is a card of reflection. You have walked the razor’s edge and as you look over either side you understand that reality is made up of both worlds - one cannot exist without the other.
Reflect on all that has been accomplished, that which has been left behind, and on childlike appreciation of the wonder of the world.
The Wands Court Cards Each member of this family is obtuse and opaque. These were each sourced from Gauguin’s time in Tahiti. There Gauguin believed he had discovered a hidden truth, a simple beauty in living a life stripped bare of his cultural constructs. But when look closer at Gauguin, captured in the eyes of his subjects you understand he is not of Tahiti, he is not native by osmosis, he is, was and forever will be the other.
Take care as you press forward down this path that you never imagine yourself to be an honorary member of this place. You are the other, each member of this family is of a place that in your physical incarnation can only visit but never be of.
