The historical signal
In the early-twentieth-century “Modern Use” system, this card concerns a meeting about money.
The card
The Greek image asks whether proportion serves life or merely wins applause. A money meeting is also a meeting of fears, status, and inherited ideas about deserving; the arithmetic is only the best-dressed participant. Jung's ego is useful when it serves the larger Self; in value, exchange, and persona, skill is an instrument rather than a claim to control the whole system.
Which repeated act is building the person you mean to become?
For today: bring one nonfinancial value into the money conversation explicitly.
