Severance can harden perception into contempt, or refine it into an authority that no longer bargains with what harmed it. The Queen governs by attention without mistaking receptivity for passivity. Read beyond gender, Jung's inner sovereign receives what emerges through thought, conflict, and restraint without being ruled by it. Sovereignty has declined to over-explain itself.
