Ace of Clubs

The Cycladic figurines that survive from this culture are almost always found the same way: arms folded across the chest, face blank, placed in a grave rather than a home. We don't know what that folding meant. We only know it was deliberate, repeated across centuries, and never explained to us. The Ace holds that same withheld quality — a pine cone as bridge between what can be touched and what can't, offered without translation. Jung would say the unconscious doesn't arrive as a message, it arrives as an image, and this is as pure an image as the suit gets. Don't rush to interpret it. Some things are meant to be encountered, not decoded.
