The Two Shores · Cycladic Clubs
The card
Cycladic settlements sat on islands, which meant every life there was shaped by the same fact: you were always within sight of two things at once — the solid ground you stood on, and the water that could take you somewhere else entirely. The Ten holds exactly that duality: you've walked the edge long enough now to see that both shores are equally real, that reality has never actually been only one or the other. Jung's coincidentia oppositorum belongs here too — not a choice between spirit and matter, but the recognition that the two were never truly separate. Look at everything you've built, everything you've released, and the wonder that first brought you to the water's edge. Hold all three without needing to pick.
What two truths have you been treating as opposites that were never actually opposed?
For today: hold both sides of something today, rather than choosing one over the other.
